What you will be doing:

• Takeoffs, pricing, bid solicitation, compiling cost history and preparing comparisons.

• Constructability reports and identify project risks.

• Subcontractor and vendor solicitation.

• Supply Chain procurement plan process

• Cost analysis reports preparation and analysis.

• Review of owner contracts, and general and supplementary conditions by the company's risk management group

• Compare and analyze various systems and related cost impact

What you must have:

• Strong employment stability

• A college degree in a construction related field is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

• A minimum of (4) eight years’ experience of extensive estimating in a construction field is required. Commercial construction estimating experience is needed.

• Proficiency with operating systems and basic computer software programs such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Employee must have experience with onscreen takeoffs and the ability to learn other specific software.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
