What you must have:

• Drive Product Strategy: Define and execute the product roadmap for our AI-powered CRO platform, translating market needs and business objectives into actionable product requirements

• Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional product experiences

• Champion Customer Success: Conduct user research, analyze customer feedback, and leverage data insights to continuously improve product-market fit

• Manage Product Lifecycle: Guide features from conception through launch and optimization, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact

• Define Success Metrics: Establish KPIs and success criteria for product initiatives, using data to drive decision-making and prioritization

• Market Analysis: Stay current with CRO trends, competitive landscape, and emerging AI technologies to inform product decisions

• Stakeholder Communication: Present product updates, roadmaps, and performance metrics to leadership and cross-functional teams

What you must have:

• 5-7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS environments

• Proven track record working with conversion rate optimization platforms, B2B SaaS products, or marketing technology solutions

• Experience with data-driven product development and A/B testing methodologies

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in product analytics tools

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Salary/Rate Range: 140,000.00- $160,000.00
