Overview
We are looking for a Senior Advisor Transition Specialist to help onboard new advisory teams joining from other dealers. You’ll open accounts, support NBIN platform setup, and ensure a smooth transition for incoming advisors.
 

What you will be doing:

• Support the onboarding of new advisors and their teams from other dealers.

• Open new client accounts and set up branch operations.

• Provide NBIN platform and back-office support during transitions

• Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, and Trading to resolve setup issues.

• Travel as needed (typically May–October; 4 trips per year, 1 week each, with a small team).

What you must have:

• Licensed Investment Representative (IR) or Registered Representative (RR).

• 3+ years in dealer operations, onboarding, or advisor support.

• Strong NBIN and back-office experience; CIRO dealer background preferred.

• Bilingual (English/French) required.

• Flexible to travel across Canada as needed.

Nice to have:

• Previous roles such as Investment Associate, Operations Analyst, or Transition Specialist

 
Salary/Rate Range: $65,000 - $80,000 CAD
