Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Interface Analyst II to join a Technical Integration Team onsite in Irving, TX.The ideal candidate will bring proven experience with EPIC Bridges, data conversions across multiple EMRs, and a strong understanding of healthcare messaging standards. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical skill, and the ability to translate complex integration findings into clear, business-relevant insights.

What you will be doing:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, develop, and implement integration solutions that support business needs.

• Work closely with project teams to develop and troubleshoot message movement, translation, and integration solutions across healthcare systems.

• Perform gap analyses to identify differences between customer specifications and technical capabilities.

• Translate technical messaging analysis into clear feedback for business stakeholders.

• Support the resolution of issues related to message transformation, data flow, and system connectivity.

What you must have:

• EPIC Bridges certification (must include online certification verification).

• Experience with data conversions across multiple EMRs to EPIC.

• Bachelor’s Degree (submit proof of education).

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience in technical analysis, design, and integration implementation.

• Minimum 2 years of experience integrating messaging between healthcare systems (EMRs, applications, and third-party systems).

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with relational databases, Transact-SQL, and SQL.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel, Word, and Visio.

Nice to have:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on system integration.

• Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and across departments.
