Overview:
A leading manufacturer of electronic test and measurement equipment is seeking a Service Repair Supervisor to manage a team of skilled technicians and coordinate service support activities with global Authorized Service Centers. This position ensures timely, high-quality service repair, warranty processing, and customer support operations.
What you will be doing:

Lead daily operations for service repair technicians, including in-house and field support activities.

Manage and coordinate external service support with customers and global service partners.

Evaluate and resolve escalated product hardware and software issues.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to resolve customer issues.

Oversee approval, development, and training of global Authorized Service Centers.

Maintain ASC documentation, capability reviews, and audit records.

Coordinate evaluation and processing of returned instruments.

Identify material shortages and recommend inventory adjustments.

Support engineering change implementations, product upgrades, and deviation programs.

Assist with service department budgeting and planning.

Organize technical training for service and support teams.
What you must have:

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or a related field, with 5+ years of supervisory experience in an electronics manufacturing or service environment.

Solid hands-on experience in repair, testing, and calibration of electronic equipment.

Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with a focus on mentoring and process improvement.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.

Background working in an ISO 9001-certified environment is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.

Travel: Up to 20% (including occasional international travel).
Salary/Rate Range: $70000 - $75000
