Job Title: Head of Sales – US Market
Job ID: 84023
Location: Austin, Texas - Remote

Overview:
If you’re a born builder — the kind who gets fired up by white space, new markets, and the chance to create something that didn’t exist yesterday — this one’s for you. We’re representing a fast-growing global workforce solutions firm expanding its footprint into the US. The mission: connect exceptional nearshore talent with forward-thinking US companies. The opportunity: own the GTM motion in an untapped market and turn it into a growth engine. As Head of Sales (US), you’ll be the first boots on the ground — a true hunter who thrives on opening doors, designing strategy, and closing transformative deals. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the market, backed by a high-performance delivery team that knows how to execute.

What you will be doing:

  • Build and execute a US go-to-market plan targeting high-growth industries and clients
  • Lead the full sales cycle: identify, connect, pitch, and close new business
  • Develop deep, consultative relationships with decision-makers across HR, Operations, and Technology
  • Design creative proposals, pricing models, and partnership structures that drive long-term value
  • Collaborate with internal delivery and talent teams to ensure exceptional client onboarding
  • Track performance, forecast accurately, and continuously expand your network of partners
  • Represent the brand at industry events and within the nearshore ecosystem

What you must have:
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in staffing, outsourcing, or managed services
  • Proven hunter DNA — you love prospecting, cold outreach, and building your own pipeline
  • Experience selling cross-border or nearshore solutions (US–Mexico ideal)
  • Strong consultative and strategic selling skills — you understand how to uncover needs and map value
  • Discipline in CRM management and forecasting (HubSpot/Salesforce proficiency preferred)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, driven, and motivated by results, not red tape
  • Business-level English (Spanish a plus)

Other Information:
  • Compensation: Base + Commission (OTE aligned to experience)
