The Opportunity

We’re partnered with a global industrial technology manufacturer that is building a specialist, high-impact team focused on accelerating growth across Calibration, SF6, and IIoT (Industrial IoT) solutions in Canada.  Two roles are available, West and East.

You’ll act as the regional sales subject-matter expert, market builder, and internal champion for these product lines.  The role is highly visible, highly autonomous, and sits at the intersection of product, sales, marketing, and strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

Market & Growth Strategy

  • Identify new applications, segments, and verticals through structured market research

  • Build and execute a go-to-market action plan to expand adoption across Canada

  • Establish and grow distribution / partner / resale channels for products and services

  • Support negotiation of large OEM and strategic framework agreements via the field sales organization

Technical & Sales Enablement 

  • Act as the regional (east or west) technical authority for these product lines

  • Build and deliver product and application training for inside and outside sales teams

  • Develop sales tools, presentations, and value propositions for commercial teams

  • Provide pre-sales technical support for complex opportunities

  • Travel with sales in a supporting, strategic role — equally comfortable in customer sites and boardrooms

Market Presence

  • Represent the company at:

  • Trade shows

  • Industry events

  • Product seminars

  • Global product segment meetings

What You'll Need to be Successful

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial, instrumentation, calibration, or automation-related markets

  • Strong technical background across some combination of:

  • Mechanical & electronic instrumentation

  • Calibration systems

  • SF6 solutions

  • Industrial IoT / digitalization

  • Proven outside sales and/or technical-commercial leadership experience

  • Strong market and application knowledge in industrial environments

  • Comfortable delivering executive-level and technical presentations

  • Demonstrated coaching and team leadership capability

  • Strong computer and CRM skills

  • Highly self-directed, organized, and able to operate with minimal supervision

  • Able to function as a connector between regional teams and global headquarters / product groups

  • Fluent in professional business English
