Overview:
Our client is looking to hire one Change Management and Process Design Specialist to work on the client's Data Platform and the Regulatory Intelligence Project.
What you will be doing:
- Design, develop and document future-state processes that leverage automation including but not limited to all IT service management processes related to ODP.
- Develop process maps, operating procedures and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and scalability.
What you must have:
- Experience leading process design, business analysis, and change management initiatives within complex organizations
- Certifications such as Prosci Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, or Business Process Management are a plus Design, develop and document future-state processes that leverage automation including but not limited to all IT service management processes related to ODP.
- Develop process maps, operating procedures and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and scalability.
