What you will be doing:

• Delivering world-class technical support via phone, email, and in person to troubleshoot and resolve product issues.

• Conducting product testing, evaluating returns, and performing repairs to ensure product reliability and performance.

• Supporting internal/inter departments and external customers’ needs with technical inquiries, product recommendations and solutions

• Creating and updating work instructions, testing prototypes, and preparing detailed reports to support product development.

• Maintaining lab equipment and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Respond to customer inquiries during business hours with timely, accurate solutions.

• Log and document customer issues with detailed troubleshooting notes.

• Provide recommendations for product enhancements based on field feedback.

Product Testing & Repair

• Evaluate returned products and perform necessary repairs.

• Test prototypes and production units to ensure conformance with specifications.

• Build and maintain lab test jigs and equipment for consistent testing standards.

Cross-functional & Product Development Support

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to answer technical questions and recommend suitable products/solutions.

• Collect product data and prepare test reports for internal and external use.

• Maintain product design documentation and contribute to feature development.

What you must have:

• A post-secondary diploma or degree in electronics from a recognized institution

• 3-8 years experience in electrical product and PCBA troubleshooting with the ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and component specifications

• Skilled in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and other electrical test equipment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and an understanding of Modbus or other communication protocols a bonus!

• Sharp problem-solving skills and tenacious researcher

• Ability to lift equipment up to 60–70 lbs and travel internationally as needed

Salary/Rate Range: $55,000 -$75,000 DOE
