Base Salary Range: $95000 - $115000

What you will be doing:
Terminal Operations

• Lead daily terminal operations, ensuring e?icient yard flow, transload execution, and adherence to operating plans.

• Actively manage congestion, dwell time, and work sequencing to maximize throughput.

• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in real time.

• Ensure service commitments are met while maintaining safe and orderly terminal conditions

Labour Planning & Execution

• Plan and deploy labour e?ectively to meet workload demands without unnecessary headcount increases.

• Provide clear direction and expectations to Lead Hand(s) and yard personnel.

• Monitor productivity and adjust stating, sequencing, or work methods as required.

• Approve time, attendance, and scheduling in accordance with company policy.

Process Improvement & Standardization

• Drive consistent execution of standard operating procedures across shifts and teams.

• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve terminal processes.

• Lead implementation of operational improvements that increase efficiency and reliability.

• Support cross-terminal alignment by adopting best practices and contributing to shared standards.

What y you must have:

• Post-secondary education in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.

• 7+ years of experience in terminal, yard, industrial, or logistics operations, with direct responsibility for labour and execution.

• Proven experience improving throughput, productivity, or operational efficiency in a hands-on leadership role.

•  Experience managing front-line supervisors or Lead Hands.

• Strong working knowledge of operational KPIs and performance management

•  Experience in container, transportation, or asset-intensive environments considered a strong asset.

Salary/Rate Range: $95,000-$115,000
