Overview:
This position partners closely with senior leadership, internal teams, and external service providers, offering exposure across multiple areas of fund administration and investment operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a key liaison for advisor and stakeholder inquiries related to fund structures, valuations, distributions, and transaction processes
- Perform fund performance calculations and oversee NAV accuracy across systems
- Develop, review, and maintain fund-related and performance reporting materials
- Ensure investor data integrity and support regulatory and tax reporting requirements
- Contribute to fund launches, wind-downs, and operational change initiatives
- Participate in ongoing process improvements and special projects
What You Must Have:
- 2+ years of experience in fund operations, fund administration, or dealer operations
- Working knowledge of investment fund products and lifecycle processes
- Advanced Excel capabilities: interest in automation
- Strong attention to detail with effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritize and deliver in a deadline-driven environment
