Overview:
Our client is partnering with a healthcare-focused organization to hire a Senior Salesforce Health Cloud Developer to lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise Salesforce Health Cloud solutions. This role plays a critical part in driving system architecture, integrations, and business process optimization within a complex healthcare and government-regulated environment. This position is fully remote, provided the candidate resides in one of the approved states listed above, and offers the opportunity to work on highly visible, mission-critical platforms.


What you will be doing:

  • Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions
  • Drive application customizations, integrations, and enhancements using Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and cross-functional teams on architecture, workflows, and system design
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
  • Design and implement UI components and workflows aligned to business needs
  • Own complex coding assignments and participate in senior-level code reviews
  • Serve as a technical and functional mentor to entry-level and mid-level developers
  • Provide escalation support for complex system issues and production incidents
  • Develop and execute system and program test plans; analyze results and implement fixes
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation, system design artifacts, and change control records
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, user stories, and retrospectives
  • Support DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and on-call rotations as required

What you must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of general application development and support experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud experience
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD practices
  • Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, JavaScript
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment (Jira or similar tools)
  • Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain a favorable DoD background investigation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary/Rate Range: $117,000 – $123,000
Geo Differential Salary: $129,000 – $135,000 based on location

  • Occasional evening or weekend work for deployments and escalations
