What you will be doing:

• Schedule/Shifts Times:  4 – ten hour shifts during the M-F week 

• Outpatient only

• Patient Volume:  12- 15 patients per day average

• Patient Ages:  adults only 

• Types of Cases: standard outpatient care, chronic illness treatment

What you must have:

• Life support certifications copy (BLS & ACLS)

• DEA (fee paid, must have schedules 2-5)

• State license (must present all active licenses)

• Medical Degree
