They are client is looking for an IT Portfolio Manager to help strengthen how the  organization governs, analyzes, and communicates portfolio performance across Enterprise IT. 

 
What you will be doing:

• Govern and optimize the Atlassian (Jira) platform as an enterprise portfolio tool, including usage standards, access, and data quality

• Support and influence tool integrations and data flows between Jira and other platforms (hands-on development not required)

• Define, analyze, and report on portfolio performance metrics and KPIs across delivery and operations

• Identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and capacity signals across IT work

• Translate data into clear narratives and insights for senior leaders

• Support dashboards, analytics, and reporting solutions (e.g., Atlassian analytics, Power BI, Tableau)

What you must have:

• Strong experience with the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira), including workflows, reporting, and governance as an adminstrator

• 5–7 years of experience in portfolio operations, PMO, enterprise reporting, business management, or similar roles

• Proven ability to analyze data and explain what it means, not just report status

• Experience working with senior stakeholders in large or complex organizations

• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery environments

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or advanced analytics

• Public sector or large enterprise experience

Salary/Rate Range: $75,000.00 - $117,000.00
