Make an impact in a a highly collaborative environment that believe in empowerment as well as true work/life balance. They are looking for an Agile Delivery Advisor someone to help modernize and enable Agile delivery across enterprise IT teams. This role is ideal for an experienced delivery leader or Agile coach who thrives in complex environments and knows how to adapt Agile practices to real-world constraints. You’ll work hands-on with delivery teams and leaders to model effective Agile behaviors, support planning and execution, and help teams become self-sufficient over time. This role requires strong executive presence, systems thinking, and experience navigating large organizational change.

What you will be doing:

• Enable Agile delivery across multiple product teams

• Coach teams and leaders through early-stage Agile transformation

• Adapt Agile frameworks to fit organizational context

• Support delivery planning, coordination, and execution

• Partner with senior leaders to improve outcomes and predictability

What you must have:

• Deep experience with enterprise Agile transformations

• Ability to blend Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and other practices 

• Strong coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

• Comfort working with directors and executive audiences

• Pragmatic, collaborative approach to Agile delivery

Salary/Rate Range: $95,000.00 - $142,000.00
