Job Title: Senior Manager, Sustainable Wealth Management Products
Job ID: 85815
Location: Vancouver, British Columbia

Overview:
We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Sustainable Wealth Management Products to help grow and evolve a portfolio of sustainable and responsible wealth solutions. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with meaningful ownership, visibility, and influence. You’ll shape product direction, drive execution end to end, and partner closely with business and technology teams to bring ideas to market. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and delivery. You’ll apply strong product management discipline to translate client needs, data insights, and responsible investing principles into clear strategies, prioritized roadmaps, and measurable outcomes—balancing growth, risk, and long-term value. Reporting to the Director, Products and Pricing – Retail Banking and Sustainable Wealth Management, this role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact across the organization without direct people management responsibility.

What you will be doing:

  • Own and drive the strategy and roadmap for sustainable wealth products
  • Manage and evolve the product portfolio with accountability for adoption, compliance, performance, and value creation
  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities across client impact, risk, technology, innovation, and revenue
  • Establish and continuously improve product management practices within the wealth business
  • Step into execution details as needed to remove blockers and ensure high-quality, client-centric delivery

What you must have:
  • 10+ years of experience in product management within wealth or asset management
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Product Management, CFP, CAIA, CIM)
  • Proven ownership of product strategy with a strong delivery track record
  • Deep understanding of wealth management products, platforms, advisory models, and responsible investing
  • Experience working in complex, regulated, enterprise technology environments
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and turn strategy into action
Who You Are
  • Strategic, curious, and data-driven
  • Comfortable leading through influence rather than authority
  • Proactive in identifying risks and solving complex problems
  • Highly collaborative and relationship-oriented
  • Focused on delivering long-term value through strong product outcomes

Nice to have:
  • Business Analysis certification
  • Master’s degree
  • Experience with agile product frameworks

Salary/Rate Range: $116,500 - $140,000
