What you will be doing:

  • Manage all aspects of corporate finance responsibilities to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Oversee full-cycle corporate accounting, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for operating companies, holding companies, and corporate entities.

  • Ensure adherence to reporting timelines and compliance with relevant accounting standards.

  • Adopt a hands-on approach to month-end workbooks, including balance sheet reconciliations, P&L analysis, and forecasting to support accurate and timely financial reporting.

  • Prepare and review financial statements of corporate entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Support the Corporate Controller as the primary point of contact for external auditors, facilitating audit processes and ensuring the timely provision of required documentation.

  • Assist in coordinating with tax advisor and tax authorities, ensuring the smooth and timely completion of tax compliance.

  • Provide support in managing treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and management of bank accounts.

  • Lead and develop the corporate finance team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, encouraging continuous improvement and professional development.

 

What you must have:

  • The successful candidate will hold a University Degree in accounting, finance or related field, along with a CPA designation and a minimum of four years of experience in public accounting and/or industry.

  • You will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, with exposure to sales taxes and income taxes, and advanced Excel skills.

  • You will efficiently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and stakeholders under tight timelines, be detail- and process-oriented, take ownership of their work, and have a solid foundation in accounting.


Salary/Rate Range: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00
