What you will be doing:

• Lead discovery workshops with technical and business stakeholders

• Elicit and document detailed system requirements and dependencies

• Map Salesforce object relationships and data flows

• Identify integration touchpoints and automation triggers

• Create visual artifacts (entity maps, swimlanes, process diagrams)

• Translate stakeholder input into structured documentation

• Validate findings and iterate documentation as new impacts are discovered

• Collaborate closely with Technical PM, Developers, QA, and Architects

• Support testing preparation and validation planning

What you must have:

• 5+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical Business Analyst

• Strong experience in Salesforce environments

• Experience working within complex integration ecosystems

• Demonstrated experience in discovery-heavy initiatives

• Strong workshop facilitation skills

• Experience creating visual documentation (entity diagrams, process flows, system maps)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
