Overview:
We are looking to hire an attorney to join our employment law team immediately. The ideal candidate will have one to four years’ experience as an attorney. This position will oversee a caseload of litigation and pre-litigation files under the supervision of a Senior Attorney.
 

What you will be doing:

• Drafting complaints

• Propounding and responding to discovery

• Drafting and arguing motions

• Taking and defending depositions

• Assisting with trial preparation

• Client communication

• Supervise and direct legal support staff

• Other litigation-related tasks

Salary/Rate Range: $100,000 - $120,000
