What you will be doing:

• Develop and execute category strategies for the Assets / Equipment category

• Manage supplier relationships and lead supplier negotiations

• Conduct strategic sourcing initiatives and RFP processes

• Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with vendors

• Analyze spend data and develop category insights

• Monitor market conditions and supplier cost drivers

• Challenge supplier price increases using market intelligence and data analysis

• Ensure supply continuity and manage supplier performance

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and procurement needs

• Educate internal teams on procurement processes, risk mitigation, and sourcing strategies

• Identify cost savings opportunities and deliver measurable value to the business

• Participate in supplier reviews and supplier site visits when required

What you must have:

• Approximately 10+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management

• Experience managing capital equipment, facilities, or technical equipment categories

• Proven ability to develop and execute category strategies

• Strong contract negotiation and supplier management experience

• Experience conducting market research and supplier analysis

• Ability to analyze spend and cost drivers within a category

• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Salary/Rate Range: $93,000.00 - $148,000.00
