What you will be doing:

• Manage purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services

• Support supplier negotiations and cost savings initiatives

• Ensure purchasing activities align with existing supplier contracts and agreements

• Monitor supplier performance and address delivery or quality issues

• Work with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and timelines

• Maintain accurate purchasing documentation within procurement systems

• Support procurement initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and cost control

• Participate in supplier meetings or supplier site visits when required

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

What you must have:

• Approximately 2–6 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles

• Experience working with purchase orders and supplier coordination

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Ability to manage supplier relationships and resolve operational issues

• Comfortable working with procurement systems or ERP platforms

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary/Rate Range: $71,000.00 - $96,000.00
