Overview:
We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a fast-paced creative and marketing environment. This role will manage high-volume digital work, including email campaigns, newsletters, and integrated marketing initiatives.

What you will be doing:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of creative and marketing projects

• Manage a mix of short-cycle (Agile-style) and long-term campaigns

• Track project timelines, SLAs, and overall project health

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Communicate status updates, risks, and priorities clearly

• Help optimize workflows and improve efficiency

What you must have:

• Strong background managing digital/content-driven projects

• Hands-on experience with Jira

• Proficiency in Google Workspace

• Familiarity with Figma (for design reviews)

• Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with Airtable

• Exposure to integrated marketing or product launch campaigns
