Our client has an opening in the Minneapolis, MN office for a Real Estate Finance Associate with two to three years of experience. Recent graduates with an interest in real estate law are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will have experience representing lenders in a broad range of real estate transactions, financing, and development issues. What you must have:

Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota.

Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.

Experience in sophisticated real estate transactions is preferred.

Large law firm experience strongly preferred.
