Overview:
Our client is modernizing its digital service portfolio. This includes ongoing enhancement of the Microsoft Dynamics 365-based platform, integration with the organization's 1GX ERP system, legacy system decommissioning, and development of public-facing digital tools. They are looking for a strong Senior Business Analyst to join their delivery team and be embedded directly with their Digital Business Solutions group.

 

What you must have:

• 10+ years of demonstrated business analysis experience in complex enterprise environments (government, public sector, or large non-profit experience strongly preferred)

• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise CRM/case management platforms

• Proven experience supporting technology delivery in an Agile / iterative environment (backlog management, user stories, sprint support)

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
