Overview:

What you will be doing:
Working closely with the R&D Lab Manager, you’ll expand your role beyond basic lab work and contribute more directly to development and problem-solving:

• Perform lab testing to evaluate product performance, stability, and compatibility

• Support the development of new chemical formulations and improvements to existing products

• Work with surfactants, alternative chemistries, and specialty ingredients

• Design and execute experiments that demonstrate product effectiveness

• Help create practical and visual demonstrations (including video-ready applications)

• Document findings and present results to internal teams

• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support customer needs

• Participate in occasional customer discussions to explain product performance

• Assist with lab operations, inventory, and preparation of chemical samples

 

What you must have:

• A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry

• 1–3 years of hands-on lab experience (industry, co-op, or applied academic work)

• Experience performing structured lab testing but looking to expand into development work

• Strong attention to detail with an interest in understanding the “why” behind results

• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts

  

Salary/Rate Range: $52,000.00 - $58,000.00
