Overview:
Our client is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to hire two experienced Executive Recruiters who will drive high-impact leadership searches across the enterprise. This is not a high-volume recruiting role. This is a strategic, research-driven position focused on identifying and securing top-tier leadership talent at the Director, VP, and C-level. You will operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, leading complex and often confidential searches that directly impact organizational performance and growth.


What you will be doing:

  • Lead full lifecycle executive searches for Director, VP, and C-level roles

  • Partner with senior leadership to define hiring strategy, role scope, and success profiles

  • Build and map organizational structures and talent landscapes

  • Develop targeted pipelines of passive candidates from competitor and adjacent industries

  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies including direct outreach and market intelligence

  • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments focused on leadership capability and cultural alignment

  • Manage confidential searches with discretion and professionalism

  • Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks

  • Facilitate interview processes, debriefs, and selection decisions

  • Lead offer strategy, negotiation, and closing of executive candidates


What you must have:

  • 8+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience

  • Minimum 2+ years focused on executive-level recruiting (Director and above)

  • Proven experience leading complex, hard-to-fill searches

  • Strong background in direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement

  • Experience building org charts, talent maps, and target company strategies

  • Ability to influence and partner with senior and executive leadership

  • Strong assessment, negotiation, and closing skills

  • High level of professionalism and ability to manage confidential searches


Nice to have:

  • Experience with an executive search firm or retained search environment

  • Healthcare, managed care, or regulated industry recruiting experience

  • Experience supporting highly complex or compliance-driven organizations

  • Strong analytical and data-driven recruiting approach

  • Experience working within Applicant Tracking Systems


Salary/Rate Range: $125,000 – $140,000
