This is a full-time hybrid role located in either to Ontario, CA office or the Los Angeles, CA office with work-from-home flexibility.


What you will be doing:

• The Associate Attorney will handle a variety of tasks, including providing legal advice, conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in Workers' Compensation cases.

• Daily responsibilities also include preparing and drafting legal documents, attending hearings, and collaborating with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.

• The successful applicant will be able to handle all aspects of workers' compensation cases from beginning to end while maximizing the recovery for our injured clients.

What you must have:

• Strong understanding of workers' compensation law and the Labor Code

• Proven ability to offer sound legal advice and conduct thorough Research

• Skilled in negotiation and permanent disability ratings

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and within a team

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Membership in the California Bar Association

• Experience in Workers' Compensation

Salary/Rate Range: $140,000 - $175,000 DOE
