What you will be doing:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday-related projects (enhancements, integrations, and optimizations)

• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams

• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and align on priorities

• Drive project governance, including status reporting, steering committee updates, and executive communication

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal resources, vendors, and system integrators

• Support integration efforts between Workday and other enterprise systems (e.g., payroll, finance, reporting tools)

• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track

• Contribute to broader enterprise project initiatives outside of Workday as needed (digital transformation, system upgrades, process improvements)

• Ensure proper documentation, change management, and user adoption strategies are in place
