Overview:
Responsible for preparing, validating and analyzing financial information; preparing journal entries; maintaining fixed asset records; reconciling fixed asset and other general ledger account balances on a monthly basis; work closely with other departments to assist with fixed asset and other financial issues.


What you will be doing:

• Prepare fixed asset account reconciliations, investigating and clearing any reconciling items

• Review fixed asset project and purchase requests for proper accounting treatment and compliance with Systemâs capital policy.

• Work closely with departments in recognizing asset retirements timely

• Provide support for internal and external audits -Assist in footnote preparation for quarterly/annual financial statements.

• Perform other responsibilities or assignments as required.

What you must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. (Master's Degree preferred)

• 3 to 5 years in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Candidate will be working on site.
