What you will be doing:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care including medication administration, treatments, and education

• Accurately document care and maintain compliance with clinical standards

• Perform computer-based charting and data entry (full training provided)

• Support patients with a variety of clinical needs, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

What you must have:

• Active LVN license in the state of Texas

• 1+ year of direct patient care experience (2+ years preferred)

• Strong clinical skills, including experience with:

  • Gastrostomy tubes / enteral feedings

  • Foley catheter care

  • Tracheostomy care

• A compassionate, dependable approach and strong attention to detail

• Ability to adapt in a dynamic care environment

Other Information:
Schedule & Training

• Training: First 5 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Ongoing Schedule:

  • 2pm - 10pm or 2 doubles on the weekend 2pm - 10pm and 10pm to 6am

  • Rotating shifts to support patient care needs

  • Every other weekend required

  • 32 hours/week guaranteed (consistent income you can count on)
