What you will be doing:

• Lead concept development for major campaigns alongside a copy partner.

• Set art direction across photography, illustration, motion, packaging, and type.

• Brief, cast, and direct photographers, videographers, illustrators, and motion partners.

• Pitch concepts to senior leadership with clear rationale and storytelling.

• Coach designers and grow the craft of the team over time.

• Partner with the Head of Brand and Creative Strategist to translate strategy into work.

What you must have:

• 7 plus years of design or art direction experience, with a mix of agency and in-house brand work.

• A portfolio of integrated campaigns showing original concepts and high craft.

• Strong taste, with the ability to articulate why something works.

• Experience running on-set or remote production with external partners.

• Comfort presenting to executives and pushing back constructively.
