CloudRadial builds the software Managed Service Providers (MSPs) use to run their client relationships -- the portal their clients log into, the workflows their teams run on, the layer that ties an MSP's tools together into one client-facing experience. It's used every day by MSPs and the clients they serve.We're at an inflection point. The category we compete in is being reshaped by AI, and we intend to be the ones doing the reshaping -- not bolting a chatbot onto an old product, but rethinking how the whole platform works when AI can do the reading, triaging, and answering that used to mean a human clicking through screens. That's the work. It's ambitious, it's early, and there's a lot of green field.
We're looking for full-stack developers who want to build that -- to own real problems end to end on a product that's actively evolving, not maintain someone else's finished app.
What you'll do
- Build and own features across the stack -- Angular on the front end, C# / .NET Core on the back -- from the messy problem statement all the way to the thing running in production.
- Design and consume REST APIs, and make sound calls about where boundaries and responsibilities belong.
- Ship to and operate on Azure -- and care whether what you built actually holds up, not just whether it compiled.
- Take a vague, underspecified problem and drive it to a clear solution: ask the right questions, make your assumptions explicit, and move.
- Use AI as a serious part of how you work -- and help us figure out what AI can do inside the product, not just inside the editor.
- Make what's already there better. We think finishing a feature to the point people genuinely rely on it beats starting three new ones.
Who you are
- You have real depth in Angular / TypeScript and C# / .NET Core, with hands-on Azure deployment experience.
- You can point to something you personally built and owned -- and go deep on why you made the calls you made.
- You're comfortable when the spec is thin. "Draw the rest of the owl" energizes you rather than stalls you.
- You use AI coding tools daily and have real opinions about where they help and where they don't.
- You care about finishing, about quality that survives real load, and about the person on the other end of the software.
- You communicate clearly and work well with people who'll push back on you.
The stack
Angular, TypeScript, C# / .NET Core, RESTful APIs, Microsoft Azure (App Services and related), Git, CI/CD, automated testing.Nice to have -- not required
- Experience building AI features into a product -- RAG, LLM integration, agentic workflows.
- Multitenant SaaS and distributed-systems experience.
- Familiarity with Blazor -- some of our newer product work is built on it.
- Understanding of the value of and comfort with automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with MSPs or the IT-services world, or with PSA software (ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA, and the like).
