Overview:
The Retail Services Group (RSG) Mobile Retail Kiosk Project Manager leads the planning and execution of an innovative pilot initiative designed to bring company products directly to strategic locations, sponsorship activations, and events using a mobile lottery kiosk. Partnering with business sponsors and cross-functional teams, this role bridges standard project delivery with emerging operational needs, requiring strong execution discipline, agile adaptability, and vendor/logistics management.

 

What you will be doing:

• Develop end-to-end project timelines, allocate resources, and manage scope, risks, dependencies, and budgets.

• Oversee vendor relationships, permitting, and logistical execution for the mobile kiosk pilot.

• Maintain standard project artifacts, including charters, risk registers, status reports, user stories, and change management plans.

What you must have:

• Experience: 8+ years of leadership experience on complex initiatives in an agile delivery environment.

• Certifications & Education: PMP Certification and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Project Methodologies: Expertise in predictive, hybrid, and agile/Kanban methodologies and work management tools like Jira.

• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Track record of navigating interdependencies, negotiating competing priorities with product owners, and managing external vendor partners.

• Domain Knowledge: Experience in the gambling/lottery industry or within a Crown corporation is highly preferred.

• Technical Communication: Excellent written/spoken skills to communicate technical issues across executive, non-technical, and vendor audiences.

Salary/Rate Range: $85.00 - $105.00/ hour
