What you will be doing:

• Manage and track construction submittals, ensuring timely reviews and approvals.

• Coordinate RFIs, drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

• Work closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams.

• Review plans and specifications to identify potential conflicts or discrepancies.

• Assist with procurement, scheduling, and project closeout.

• Maintain accurate project records and ensure deadlines are met.

What you must have:

• 3+ years experience as a Project Engineer in commercial construction required

• Strong understanding of submittals, RFIs, and construction documents.

• Experience working with commercial general contractors preferred.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
