Overview:
Our government client in Regina, SK is looking for a Business Analyst for a 7-month contract, with an option for extensions, reference #C19004137. Local candidates are preferred but this position can be remote, anywhere in Canada.
What you will be doing:
Our client is currently looking for one (1) Business Analyst Resource with information technology experience, to support the Administrative Information Management System (AIMS) Legacy project, financial tracking systems and any future Human Resources (HR) initiatives as required. The position has the capacity to work remotely and will report directly to the Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) or to the project sponsors as required

Elicit, document and validate requirements documentation, presentations, as well as information and decision items for various audiences, including senior leaders

Develop test strategies, plans and coordinate testing activities.

Write and/or proofread/edit a variety of detailed, accurate and clear technical and end user material.

Facilitate support discussions with multi-disciplinary stakeholders, document and communicate knowledge documentation.

Coordinate the development and implementation of metrics and KPI’s.
What you must have:
-
Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience working as a Business Analyst in a data analytics or information technology setting.

Possesses the ability to convert business requirements into technical specification for data integration and reports in a highly complex, integrated environment.

Possesses previous experience eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements documentation.

Possesses the ability to communicate complex issues in an effective manner to all levels in the organization, such as senior leaders, clinicians, frontline staff, etc.

Possesses the ability to navigate and build strong relationships in a large, complex multi-enterprise environment that includes customers with difficult and/or competing needs.

Proven history of being a conceptual thinker with excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, and consulting skills.

Possesses the ability to build cooperative working relationships with co-workers and clients to ensure credibility and confidence in services provided.

Possesses the ability to build capacity in client’s knowledge and ability to use and apply services.

Possesses previous experience developing test strategies, plans and coordinating testing activities.

Possess experience and a clear understating of project management processes.

Possesses previous experience with organizational change management.

Possesses previous experience in the health sector.

Possesses a Certified Business Analysis Professional designation..
