Overview:
Looking for an experienced transformation leader to play a key role in shaping the future of its Enterprise IT organization. This is a unique opportunity to lead large-scale organizational transformation initiatives that will influence how technology teams operate, collaborate, and deliver value across the enterprise. You will strategize and translate strategic vision into practical execution by developing operating models, governance frameworks, organizational readiness plans, and transformation roadmaps that enable long-term success. This role is highly collaborative and requires someone who can confidently influence senior stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and drive change through partnership rather than authority.


What you will be doing:

• Lead enterprise-wide organizational transformation initiatives across the IT organization.

• Develop transformation roadmaps, governance models, implementation plans, and organizational readiness strategies.

• Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and People & Culture to support operating model evolution and organizational effectiveness.

• Facilitate executive discussions, build stakeholder alignment, and drive adoption of future-state operating models.

• Identify opportunities to improve organizational performance through continuous improvement and emerging technologies, including AI.

• Translate strategic priorities into practical execution plans with measurable outcomes.

What you must have:

• 7+ years of experience leading enterprise transformation, organizational design, operating model implementation, or organizational effectiveness initiatives within technology-driven environments.

• Strong executive presence with exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience influencing senior leaders and driving organizational change across complex environments.

• Solid understanding of AI, Agile delivery, digital transformation, and modern IT operating models.

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution while thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Salary/Rate Range: $140,000.00 - $188,000.00
