What you will be doing:

  • Lead the global Change & Projects function, overseeing the portfolio of IT programs, projects, and change initiatives in alignment with strategic priorities.

  • Personally lead and deliver selected large-scale, high-impact projects, such as carve-outs, integrations, and SAP-related initiatives.

  •  Serve as a member of the global IT leadership team, contributing toProvide inputs on the overall IT strategy, planning, and organizational development to the leadership team.

  • Provide direct management, coaching, and development of the global team of IT Project Managers.

  • Ensure rigorous financial management of the project portfolio, including budget planning, cost control, and transparent reporting.

  • Govern the full lifecycle of programs and projects, including initiationbusiness case building (ROI model development), planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

  • Ensure vendor and partner collaboration supports program delivery and integration success.

  • Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks that balance agility with control.

  • Oversee program and project interdependencies, risks, and issues, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.

  •  Align closely with IT Architecture and other IT functions to ensure coherence and sustainability across the technology landscape.

  • Provide transparent reporting and communication on project performance and progress to senior business and IT stakeholders.

  • Drive continuous improvement in project and change management capability, enhancing maturity, predictability, and resilience.


What you must have:

  • 108+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in senior project and change management roles.

  • Demonstrated success in personally leading and delivering complex, enterprise-scale projects, including carve-outs, integrations, divestitures, or SAP-enabled transformations.

  • Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on execution with process governance and portfolio oversight.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP-centric enterprise system landscapes and their integration with surrounding applications.

  • Significant experience in managing large project and change budgets with effective cost control.

  •  Expertise in governance, portfolio management, and structured delivery disciplines.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across executive and operational levels.

  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
