Overview:
We're looking for an exceptional product leader. Not a bureaucrat who manages requirements or Jira tickets all day, but a true product builder. You are someone who is equally comfortable interviewing customers, whiteboarding an idea, prompting Claude to generate a prototype, reviewing pull requests, debating pricing, and shipping product multiple times a week. This is a high-impact startup role where you will work directly with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Success, and the CEO to shape the future of the company.You will own product strategy, execution, and most importantly, outcomes.
 

What you must have:

• 8+ years building B2B SaaS products

• Experience leading product teams

• Strong product intuition backed by customer research

• Excellent prioritization skills

• Strong technical understanding

• Experience partnering closely with Engineering and Design

• Experience launching successful products

• A history of making difficult product decisions

• You're AI-native. You use AI every day.

Salary/Rate Range: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00
