What you will be doing:
Tenant Consolidation Support

• Support planning and execution of user migration activities across impacted business units

• Identify, validate, and maintain migration inventories, user tracking lists, and readiness assessments

• Coordinate with project teams to understand migration waves, dependencies, and business impacts

• Help users understand how tenant migration affects their access to Microsoft Copilot, AI platform services, Copilot Studio agents, SharePoint sites, and Microsoft 365 services

• Support pre-migration, migration, and post-migration activities to ensure minimal disruption

• Track risks, issues, and user concerns, escalating where appropriate

AI Platform & Copilot Adoption

• Serve as the primary point of contact for user questions related to Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents, Cowork, and enterprise AI services

• Educate users on changes to licensing, access, entitlements, AI platform capabilities, and credit consumption resulting from tenant migration

• Assist users with recreating, reconfiguring, and validating AI agents as required

• Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with technical teams for advanced support needs

• Support onboarding, adoption, and user enablement activities across the organization

• Develop and maintain FAQs, guides, and support materials

SharePoint & Collaboration Enablement

• Assist users with SharePoint migration preparation activities

• Support temporary movement and organization of SharePoint content where necessary

• Help identify content cleanup opportunities and support remediation efforts

• Answer user questions regarding SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, permissions, and collaboration services

• Support business users in maintaining access to critical information and services throughout migration

Change Management & User Engagement

• Partner with Change Management leads to develop communications, training materials, job aids, and adoption content

• Facilitate office hours, workshops, one-on-one support sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities

• Proactively communicate upcoming changes, required actions, and important migration milestones

• Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve the overall user experience

• Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for impacted employees throughout the program

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with the Lead, AI & Data Management & Delivery and Nexus project leadership

• Coordinate with Digital, Infrastructure, Security, Collaboration Services, and business stakeholders

• Provide regular status updates and adoption insights to program leadership

• Maintain issue, risk, and action item tracking related to user adoption and migration readiness

What you must have:

• 3+ years of experience in technology adoption, business analysis, digital workplace support, change management, or a related field

• Experience supporting large-scale business or technology transformation initiatives

• Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience working directly with business users across multiple organizational levels

• Experience creating user communications, training content, and support materials

Technical Knowledge

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 services

• Understanding of SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and collaboration technologies

• Familiarity with Copilot Studio agents, AI assistants, or similar digital workplace technologies

• Basic understanding of tenant migration concepts, user provisioning, licensing, and access management
