Overview:
A provincial government client in Atlantic Canada is looking for a delivery Project Manager to help roll out an enterprise CRM on Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service. The program is replacing a set of aging departmental CRMs with one configurable, reusable platform and onboarding departments onto it over multiple years. This is a contracted, remote role on Atlantic business hours. Occasional evenings or weekends may be required for upgrades or production support. Candidates based in Atlantic Canada are preferred; Eastern Canada is second. You will be the delivery PM on a slice of a larger enterprise CRM program. An internal product owner is already in place. You will work with product, business analysts, and an implementation partner -- not own the entire program. The rollout includes department onboarding (service mapping, process design, configuration, training), integration with the client's broader digital platforms, and stakeholders across multiple public-sector organizations. Delivery is Agile-Iterative. You will run governance, the project plan, RAID, weekly status, and monthly executive steering, then hand finished work to the operational team.

What you will be doing:

• Manage delivery using Agile-Iterative methods and the client's program templates

• Set up and maintain project governance and decision-making

• Define scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables; get approvals before proceeding

• Plan work, resources, timelines, and milestones; own the schedule in MS Project Online

• Build and maintain the implementation strategy and project plan

• Track budget, allocations, and spend

• Own the RAID log (risks, issues, decisions, change)

• Drive change management so deliverables are adopted

• Produce weekly status and support monthly executive steering

• Ensure documentation quality and sign-offs

• Plan the operational handoff

What you must have:

• 10+ years of project management

• At least 3 enterprise CRM implementations

• At least 1 Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales implementation

• Experience delivering COTS CRM in an Agile / Agile-Iterative model (configuration-first, not custom-build)

• Comfortable with MS Project Online, RAID/change control, weekly status, and executive steering

• Strong communication with executives, managers, and subject-matter experts

• Able to work remotely on Atlantic Time

Salary/Rate: ~$125/hr (some flexibility).
