What you will be doing:

• As a Business Data Analyst, you will analyze existing business requirements, data flows, and processes to identify pain points and opportunities for system improvements.

• You’ll translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements, including Epics and User Stories with acceptance criteria, to guide development and QA teams.

• Responsibilities include conducting workshops, documenting current state processes, writing business requirement documents, creating visual data models and dashboards, and leading data-focused meetings.

• This role also involves close collaboration with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment between business goals and system capabilities.

What you must have:

• At least 13 years of experience as a business data analyst with strong analytical and documentation skills, plus proven ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.

• A minimum of 10 years designing and optimizing data workflows using modeling/mapping tools, and writing Epics and User Stories.

• At least 8 years creating and maintaining data dictionaries, BRDs, and data mapping, as well as designing visual data models and dashboards.

• Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, IS, or Business Analytics, experience multitasking across multiple projects, and leading workshops with stakeholders.
