What you will be doing:

• As a Systems Analyst specializing in UI/UX, you’ll help improve the accessibility, usability, and responsiveness of large-scale eligibility systems.

• You will lead user research initiatives, perform journey mapping, and analyze requirements to propose optimized solutions.

• Your responsibilities will include developing wireframes, prototypes, and visual hierarchies that align with accessibility and branding standards, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure business and design objectives are met.

• The role also involves designing for complex systems and incorporating AI/ML interfaces, focusing on explainable AI and human-AI interaction principles.

What you must have:

• At least 11 years of experience designing user interfaces and experiences for enterprise systems using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.

• A proven ability to translate business needs into intuitive design solutions that meet accessibility standards and support Agile development cycles.

• Strong expertise in UX principles, user research, prototyping, and usability testing.

• Preferred qualifications include experience designing diagrams and system visualizations, facilitating workshops with stakeholders, multitasking across multiple design streams, and familiarity with AI/ML interaction principles and accessibility guidelines.

• A related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is also valued.
