Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly communicative SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting Manager with strong financial and accounting expertise. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC, and other regulatory requirements while managing the company’s financial reporting processes.
What you will be doing:
- 
	Act as a key contributor in the preparation and review of the Company's public reports, including SEC filings (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, Proxy, 8-K, Form 4, etc.). 
- 
	Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and supporting schedules in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements. 
- 
	Coordinate with management, external auditors, and internal resources to ensure timely preparation and review of all SEC filings. 
- 
	Lead technical accounting research and prepare documentation, including technical memorandums, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC, and other regulatory standards. 
- 
	Oversee the complete filing of SEC documents, including exhibits, from start to finish. 
- 
	Demonstrate advanced knowledge in stock-based compensation and oversee equity management with third-party providers. 
- 
	Lead the quarterly reviews, year-end audits, and other regulatory review processes with external auditors. 
- 
	Complete quarterly debt covenant analysis. 
- 
	Apply advanced understanding of Revenue Recognition (ASC 606). 
- 
	Assist with SOX controls related to financial reporting. 
- 
	Provide ad hoc financial reports to Executive Management as needed. 
- 
	Participate in departmental projects to enhance efficiency and build processes. 
- 
	Review analyses prepared by other team members and provide constructive feedback. 
What you must have:
- 
	2+ years of experience in a public company reporting function (Active CPA preferred). 
- 
	Experience with public accounting (Big 4 and/or national accounting firm is a plus). 
- 
	Software platforms - DFIN & Workiva 
- 
	Familiarity with ASX (Australian Stock Exchange) filing (plus) 
- 
	Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
- 
	Experience in the manufacturing or medical device industry is preferred. 
Salary/Rate Range: $150,000 - $175,000
