They are client is looking for an IT Portfolio Manager to help strengthen how the organization governs, analyzes, and communicates portfolio performance across Enterprise IT.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Govern and optimize the Atlassian (Jira) platform as an enterprise portfolio tool, including usage standards, access, and data quality
- Support and influence tool integrations and data flows between Jira and other platforms (hands-on development not required)
- Define, analyze, and report on portfolio performance metrics and KPIs across delivery and operations
- Identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and capacity signals across IT work
- Translate data into clear narratives and insights for senior leaders
- Support dashboards, analytics, and reporting solutions (e.g., Atlassian analytics, Power BI, Tableau)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira), including workflows, reporting, and governance as an adminstrator
- 5–7 years of experience in portfolio operations, PMO, enterprise reporting, business management, or similar roles
- Proven ability to analyze data and explain what it means, not just report status
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in large or complex organizations
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or advanced analytics
- Public sector or large enterprise experience
