What you will be doing:

• Lead and facilitate stakeholder discussions, requirements gathering sessions, and story mapping activities

• Own the development and validation of business analysis artifacts (user stories, requirements, process models, etc.)

• Provide leadership and guidance across initiatives, including supporting and mentoring other BAs where applicable

• Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, coordination, and oversight of testing cycles

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, technology, vendors) to ensure accurate translation of requirements into solutions

• Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps, and support mitigation planning

• Support implementation, operational readiness, and post-launch activities

• Contribute to change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes

What you must have:

• 5+ years of business analysis experience in complex, enterprise environments

• Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagements and facilitate requirements discussions independently

• Strong experience delivering in Agile or hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) environments

• Hands-on experience leading or owning UAT activities

• Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous environments and drive clarity

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders

Salary/Rate Range: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00
