What you will be doing:

  • Lead generation, development, and closing

  • Consultative technical sales and customer relations

  • Proposal writing

  • Closing the sale

  • Consistent follow-up and organizational skills

  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements

  • All other duties as assigned


What you must have:

  • Minimum 3 years of technical or engineered sales experience

  • "Hunter" self-starter / works independently and thrives in developing new business

  • Demonstrated sales success with at least 2 years of consistent achievement

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent relevant industry experience)

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels in an organization

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills


Nice to have:

  • Industrial machinery sales experience

  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM/ERP systems

  • General knowledge of industrial and commercial steam system flow, controls, and thermodynamics

  • Basic understanding of business accounting principles

  • Ability to multi-task
