Overview:
We are looking for a mechanical project engineer to join our client's team. This position will be responsible for leading and managing mechanical engineering projects. Candidates must have a mechanical engineering degree and at least five (5) years of experience in a similar role.


What you will be doing:

• Ensure adherence to legislated and Company standards for safety, control, and housekeeping,

• Ensure work is completed in accordance with established Company standards, policies, legislative requirements, and collective agreement provisions through regular safety crew meetings, general discussion, and individual communications,

• Ensure design precision, adherence to standards and on-time project completion are prioritized,

• Coordinate project teams, oversee installations and implement strategies to optimize efficiencies and performance,

What you must have:

• Candidates must have strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills,

• Candidates should have strong computer skills including experience with MS Office.

• Mechanical Engineering Degree

• PMP is an asset (minimum 3 years of project management experience)

Salary/Rate Range: $90,000 - $120,000
