Overview:
Our client is undergoing a digital transformation, including the implementation of Workday as the new ERP solution for HR, Payroll and Finance. A key component of this project is conducting robust testing to ensure the quality of the Workday implementation.


What you will be doing:

• Develop the Workday access matrix to ensure access to the Workday system meets the data governance requirements of the University

• Work in collaboration with the Business Consultants to ensure accuracy of security access requirements

• Ensure segregation of duties and other internal controls are being followed throughout the delivery of the project

• Development of test scenarios relevant to user access

• Report security test defects to the QA Lead

• Participate and engage in Project Team meetings, and workshops to provide security related input for the future state processes and procedures

• Provide knowledge transfer to internal security subject matter experts

What you must have:

• Demonstrated experience in leading the system access process for complex projects, specifically ERP implementations.

• Demonstrated experience of the Workday security framework

• Experience in defining controls and security documentation, specifically with Workday HCM and Finance modules

• Experience with JIRA for tracking progress

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
