Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a dynamic, multidisciplinary engineering team within a growing industrial manufacturing environment. This is a hybrid role based outside Atlanta, GA, requiring a presence in the office 2–3 days per week. As the Engineering Division Manager, you’ll oversee three core functions within the engineering division: Design Management, Product Development, and Production Engineering. You’ll be tasked with driving innovation, process improvement, and team development while contributing to strategic initiatives and product localization efforts. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a background in mechanical engineering and a passion for industrial machinery.

  
What you will be doing:

• Lead a team of 15 engineers across three disciplines

• Manage project lifecycles within the Complete Solution Lifecycle Product (CSLP) framework

• Oversee design activities, product development initiatives, and production engineering workflows

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations teams

• Present at sales meetings and contribute to product strategy discussions

• Attend industry trade shows occasionally (less than 10% travel)

• Support product localization and alignment with global engineering standards

What you must have:

• A background in Mechanical Engineering (PE license preferred)

• 6–10 years of progressive experience in engineering roles, with some management or supervisory background

• Strong familiarity with CAD design tools (SolidWorks preferred)

• Industry experience in thermal systems, heat transfer, or heavy industrial machinery

• A leader comfortable in a hybrid work environment and capable of building team cohesion

• Experience working in environments focused on innovation, safety, and product quality
