What you will be doing:

• Lead a team of developers delivering real-time integration solutions using .NET, MuleSoft, and Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Azure Functions).

• Architect, implement, and maintain low-latency, high-throughput, and resilient integration patterns to support real-time data exchange across financial systems.

• Ensure secure data transmission, access control, and encryption across all integration layers to meet regulatory and compliance standards.

• Define and enforce a robust code management strategy, ensuring consistent practices for source control (e.g., Git), pull requests, reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Collaborate with security, cloud, and architecture teams to embed security-by-design into all integration workflows.

• Drive adoption of DevSecOps practices and modern observability tooling to proactively monitor, alert, and respond to integration issues in real time.

• Work cross-functionally with product managers, solution architects, and internal business teams to translate requirements into secure, scalable integration designs.

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers, fostering a high-performance, collaborative team culture.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in real-time integration, messaging, and cloud-native platforms.
   

What you must have:

• Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise software/integration development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or managerial role.

• Hands-on expertise in .NET Framework / .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, and RESTful services.

• Proven experience designing real-time integration solutions, including messaging queues, event-driven architecture, and API-first systems.

• Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and Azure Functions.

• Deep understanding of financial data compliance and security practices (OAuth2, TLS, encryption, RBAC).

• Experience in monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, App Insights, Splunk, Elastic, etc.) to ensure visibility across real-time integrations.

• Strong background in source control, CI/CD, automated testing, and release management in a multi-platform environment.

Salary/Rate Range: $102,000 - $153,000
